DESCRIPTION

The Viniclean® vibrating hopper is a key tool in the automated sorting process for destemmed or crushed produce. Its main job? Ensure a consistent spread of the harvest over its grid, efficiently filtering juices and getting rid of smaller unwanted bits. Beyond that, it skillfully manages the horizontal flow of materials, making the Viniclean® rollers work even better.

Boasting a 15-roller sorting system, the hopper comes with adjustable flexible plastic covers. With the ability to tweak spacing in two directions, it’s perfect for getting rid of anything bigger than a grape berry – think stalks, leaves, snails, stem fragments, and more.

The contours and soft material of our sorting rollers ensure a solid grip on the vegetation without crushing the fruit. With instantly adjustable roller spacing and the option for lateral adjustments of the contour gaps, it provides precise and versatile calibration for any grape variety.

COMPOSITION

• Encased in stainless steel with an internal width of 1100mm, it features: 1 zone for spreading harvest, 2 stainless steel grids (3mm and 5mm) for filtering impurities, 1 output nozzle, and 2 vibrators

• 4 shock absorbers connected to the frame

• 1 detachable tray for juice collection

• 1 sieve to separate undesired materials

• 15 sorting drums, each including: 15 flexible disc sets, 15 stainless steel shafts, and an adjustment handwheel for shaft spacing, plus lateral shaft adjustments for optimal berry flow

• 1 geared motor

• 1 electronic speed regulator

• 2 shims for spool spacing adjustments
